Balcony was a plus, air conditioning was fantastic. Owner gave excellent directions on how to access the property using a well detailed video. Kitchen was good and access to Internet made it even better.

Read these accommodations carefully! In 2025 there are hosts who advertise accommodations without electricity and you have to pay extra for electricity! Basic things like electricity are not included in the price! The owner justifies himself by saying that his guests spent a lot on air conditioning! What ABSURD!

The location was good for us, a 10 minute walk to the supermarket, coffee shop, bars and beach.

The property is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The distance from the beach is less than 10 minutes' walk without climbing. The distance from smaller markets is less than 10 minutes' walk. Larnaca is easily accessible by public transport. Professional service. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The owner of the apartment is professional, he was very kind and available for everything we needed from information and help. He was always available via viber. In the apartment you will find a notebook with printed maps for the most important locations (shops, the beach, etc... and instructions for getting around by public transport), as well as possible excursions. Upon arrival, the owner sent me the location, and on the way back he organized a taxi for us. Wi fi was good. Don't worry that the apartment doesn't have mosquito nets, because there aren't any mosquitoes either (we didn't see a single one). Don't worry about the additional cost of paying for electricity. The amount is not large. For the sake of statistics, we paid about 17 euros in 11 days. Although the temperatures are high, the nights are pleasant, so there is no need to turn on the air conditioner often. The apartment is very pleasant to stay in.

Nice and quiet area, big apartment. A car isn’t strictly required, it’s walking distance from beach, cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets. Nice big terrace.

“Great apartment”

Well equipped apartment with everything you would need including kitchen appliances (washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster) and towels are provided so that helped to keep the luggage to a minimum. We had the ground floor 2 bedroom apartment which had a lovely shady terrace to sit out on with tables and chairs and clothes airers to dry your clothes and towels. There is air conditioning in the kitchen/living area and both bedrooms and plenty of storage throughout the apartment. Electric was charged extra at the end of the stay but it was only €18.40 for our 9 night stay (we only had the air-con on for part of the time and stayed with friends a couple of nights but I thought the electricity was really cheap so not a problem). We asked for a parking space and were given exclusive use under a covered carport for our stay.
