“We had a nice relaxing holiday and enjoyed our stay at Sunbay.”

Eleni was very responsive to questions even before we arrived. She met us on arrival at the property and showed us around and gave us information about the apartment which was well equipped. The terrace with sunbeds was very private and we used it daily, there was also a communal courtyard at the rear which had sunbeds, tables, chairs and parasols. The property is in a nice quiet area with free roadside parking and about 300m to the beach and a supermarket. Restaurants were a little further away. She very kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment on our last day as we had a late flight. We would not hesitate to book again.

Our hostess, Eleni, was exceptionally helpful, kind, and always responded promptly to any questions we had—whether about shopping in the city or anything we needed in the apartment. She offered plenty of useful advice and even offered to lend us beach toys for the kids, which was a lovely gesture. The apartment was very spacious and quiet, making it ideal for families seeking a comfortable and unique experience—especially thanks to the large, beautiful balcony. The beach was only a five-minute walk away, clean, and perfect for families with children. A supermarket and public transportation were also conveniently close. Mrs. Eleni kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport, which we greatly appreciated. I truly hope to return to this place whenever I can in the future. Thank you for everything, Eleni!

Absolutely loved our stay at Sun Bay Apartments! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable — it had everything from a kitchenette to a cozy terrace. A special thanks to Eleni, the host — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Her warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus!

“Ideal spot for our purposes”

A wonderful apartment where with the doors open you could always find a breeze to cool you without always needing the aircon. It was cleaned and linen and towels changed twice a week and very well equipped for our purposes. The beds were comfortable and the aircon in the bedroom worked very well for those very warn nights we experienced. One of the best value apartments we have used.

Loved the beautiful gardens where we could relax. Sunbeds at the front where we could sit in the morning sun and a courtyard at the back. It was only 10 minutes walk to the beach. And there was a v/g shop 5 minutes away. The same with bus stops. The apartment had everything you need and was comfortable and I loved the bright yellow curtains ect that reflected the sunshine outside. Would recommend for any1 wanting a peaceful relaxing holiday Carol and Tina

Good apparement with everything that you need during your stay. The host is also nice and met us, when we arrived. The apparement was cleaned once during the stay.

everything about this accommodation was fantastic. Elena was so helpful and the garden was amazing. We had our own private balcony which was very large and beautiful flowers. The location of the accommodation was good, close to the beach and the bus. we will recommend this accommodation to our friends and would love to come back.

Superb host. Spacious well equipped apartment, quiet location with generous outdoor spaces and lovely garden area 5 minute walk to CTO beach area, great bus service on Dhekalia Road again a short walk Cleaning service great Hired a car which was very useful ample parking around the apartment

The place was fairly large with a huge front porch. Overall cleanliness was nice, except for the lower kitchen cabinets. Cleaning is twice a week, which is quite nice.

“Relaxing and comfortable stay close to the beach”

Spacious, clean, well furnished and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the beach and Dhekelia Road. There are a few shops and restaurants nearby too, so you do not need to go to town every time. I especially enjoyed the large terrace to sit in the evenings and enjoy the view. The apartment itself has everything you ever need for a short or longer term stay, and a nice homely feel. Eleni is a wonderful host, very hospitable and friendly. I will definitely stay there again anytime I am in Cyprus.

I would like to thank Eleni for a wonderful vacation. We stayed there in July with 2 children. The apartment is very clean, everything you need is there. Cleaning is done twice a week. The house is 7 minutes walk from the beach, very close. There are shops nearby. The beach is clean, lots of free sunbeds. The bus stop is 5 minutes away. We liked everything. I highly recommend!
