Our stay at this accommodation was overall disappointing. At first glance, everything appeared reasonably tidy, but upon closer inspection, the overall condition was poor, both in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. In the bathroom, the grout in the shower was heavily moldy. Additionally, we found hairs in the shower upon arrival. Under the bed, there was a thick layer of dust that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Overall, the cleaning seemed very superficial, more of a quick wipe-down rather than a thorough clean. The sofa also had several white stains, which was extremely unhygienic and unappetizing. The furnishings were also in very poor condition. The toilet brush was broken halfway down, so you had to touch the short plastic piece directly when using it, unhygienic and hardly usable. The showerhead was tiny, the water pressure very weak, and the water only stayed warm for a few minutes, despite activating the "booster" button beforehand. Several fixtures were loose or broken, it seemed that repairs had not been made for quite a while. The shoe cabinet was broken in the middle, clearly damaged. The furniture was old and partly damaged. The kitchen equipment was basically functional, but for example, the silicone sealant around the tap was very poorly applied. A particular annoyance was the bathroom window: although it could be opened, it could no longer be closed properly because it had come off its hinges at the top left corner. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, the network couldn’t be found even though the router was plugged in. Especially when advertising Wi-Fi, it should actually be available. Another example of the poor condition: a very old air conditioning unit was still installed in the bedroom, obviously non-functional and apparently just left over from a previous setup, a new one had not been installed. We also found the location less than ideal.

Everything was as observed in the booking article. The location is quiet, and the check-in process was very good. Everything went well, and the price/quality ratio for that part of Cyprus was unbeatable.

Nice apartment on a great location, spacious, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. Great terrace outside, no problems with parking. And best of all, the beach is just few steps away. In the vicinity of restaurants and shops.

Good A/C in all rooms, clean flat, great location (we were going to the beach on foot). A well equipped kitchen (for example there is a microwave). Good blinds to keep sunlight out. The shower and the toilet were good enough.

the house is not new but newly renovated. it was found very clean and well equipped (facilities, furniture, kitchen, a BIG fridge). everything looked new. the bathroom is large and as well new and clean. there is a convenient - and covered - parking spot in the back that we we were there was free of use. the communication with the host - via WhatsApp - was easy and responses were immediate. the area is not super-turistic (for us is an added value) and quiet. lot of good restaurants at walking distance. the beach is at 5min.

“Very spacious apartment with sea view”

The apartment is very spacious with modern kitchen, bathrooms, appliances and furniture. Everything was clean and tidy. There is also a veranda with sea view. Communication via booking was quite fast, price was good as well. Even though there is plenty of fields around the apartment there is also covered parking space. I stayed with my parents for a night due to a wedding ceremony nearby, we will definitely come back if we have to stay in the area.

We had a very relaxing holiday at Grace House. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area was just great, few steps to the sea. There is a little supermarket close by and a few restaurants and a traditional tavern within walking distance. Great communication with the host who was quick to respond to our initial booking and any subsequent requests. Fouad was so kind as to let us stay over an extra day, which we really appreciated. It is well worth booking this place, we are definitely coming again.
