“Quiet and sleepy. Good base to explore from.”
Location is right on the beach, just on the edge of Plya. If you need a rough point of reference for sat nav then the CTO beach at Plya is right next door. Several restaurants, bars, and shops in the immediate vicinity; you'll have to walk a couple of hundred metres to get to them. I'd recommend Daniels and the Tsialis Aparthotel complex in particular . The area is quiet and sleepy but well served by bus and road. Good base to explore from. FYI a recent reviewer posted photos of some issues which a workman showed up as we were leaving to address. There were also groundsmen there during the week to tidy up the exterior.

We had a fabulous stay! The place is amazing — right on the beach, super cozy and modern, and everything inside felt brand new. Communication with the host was great - the real estate management company were real pros — quick and super helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely love to come back!

“A few steps away from the beach”
Only a few steps away from the beach which is the reason why i picked that place. We were there at the end of March and it was very quiet. We had breakfast on the terrace every day. There are small supermarkets and great restaurants nearby. Everyone speaks English. Easy communication with the agency before and after the stay. I will recommend that place if you want to enjoy the beach every day 😄 .

We have stayed at this property before and absolutely love its location - right on the beach, you can hear the waves from the living room. It’s a lovely, quiet residential apartment block and has been perfect whilst visiting family in the area.

“Fabulous little find!”
Fabulous location, right on the beach. We arrived late at night and could hear the waves. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Bottle of wine was a really nice welcome treat too.

Location is amazing, just few meters from the beach, you literally go out, and after 30 steps you're at the sea. The apartment is modern, big and clean, with Big TV (at least 55"), big refrigerator, modern air conditioner in every room, two bedrooms with big double bed in each one. Close to local restaurants and a bus station. You can also order food from Wolt. Has a washing machine, which was a very comfortable thing to have. The owner was responsive and answered to messaged in Booking app fast, even at late evening hours. Really an amazing place, looks better in reality than in photos. Will book it again for sure! 😊
