Was booked in, but the manager smiled and said there was no room when I arrived.. some locals were more important than a dumb foreigner

Good breakfast and plenty of options.Location is great;it's close to the market and clock tower.The staff was nice. Great value for money and clean the room.I will choose Thiha Bala for every next trip in Pyin Oo Lwin.
