“Always a wonderful experience visiting The Sunday morning resort.”
We have now stayed here twice, once with Canterbury travel for the Christmas experience in December and then we returned in March for a lovely stay. Facilities are great and the staff will always go out of their way to help.

Beautiful nature, a lake, fells and forests. Excellent Aamu suite, modern, of high quality. Delicious dinner, great chef at Aihki restaurant. Outdoor sports opportunities in such exceptionally beautiful nature.

We loved our stay at Sunday Morning: super scenic resort with a beautiful (sometimes frozen) lake, optimal location for activities and northern light spotting, skiing nearby, rooms are super comfy, super clean. Would totally recommend!

“Magical place”
I loved everything about our staying at Sunday Morning. The staff was really caring and helpful (special thanks to Cristina and Aileen), the chef at Aihki cooked the most amazing dishes, the bedroom was really comfortable and big, and the place was magical. We are definitely coming back!

“The perfect place for a relaxing stay”
We had an amazing stay in the Sunday Morning Resort, which was clearly one of the most charming hotels we stayed in. The building is made out of wood everywhere which makes it lovely and authentic, and the place is perfectly located between the trees and facing the lake. The room and commun areas are very comfortable and the free access to the spa and the gym is a real plus. The breakfast was perfect and they made it vegetarian and vegan for us. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and same here, amazing food. Thank you to the staff - great experience !

“Well-maintained little hotel”
The private sauna experience was awesome. Beautiful hottub, possibility to go ice dipping in the lake, beautiful sauna, good snacks prepared by the fire place. The rooms are very cosy and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable, clearly 5* for the quality of the mattress and the pillows. The five course dinner with wine pairing was lovely. High quality, good service, good wines.

“Just a wonderful experience!”
We stayed in a cottage, and the facilites were very nice with private sauna and chimney. The staff was very nice, professional and attentioned. The dinner was amazing, as well as the breakfast. This resort is highly recommended, with the ski station just few kilometers away.

The most amazing location with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The activities on offer are run very professionally and leave you with some fantastic memories. The lodge is very comfortable and relaxing, especially with the great sauna and various fireplaces.

Very calm and relaxing stay. Accommodation was very spacious - kids had bedroom upstairs - and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and they always tried to accommodate our requests for our fussy eaters!
