“Enjoyable stay”

The location of the hotel is excellent for skiing at Phoenix Park. It is within walking distance of the Phoenix Park complex, but a little farther than we wanted to walk in cold. So, we drove over to the ski area and parked. There was plenty of underground parking at the hotel. The staff were very nice. Not sure why, but all the amenities (restaurants, etc.) were closed, except the CU. This was very disappointing. The room was huge and we really like the layout. The only toiletries provided by the hotel was soap, so be sure to bring your own shampoo, etc. (you did have the option to purchase some at the front desk). In the kitchen, you had a full size refrigerator (stocked with a bottle of water for each of us and replenished daily), a kettle, and a single cooking eye. There was a microwave available near the elevator. No cookware, cutlery, or dishes provided, except for 4 mismatched coffee mugs. We only needed the mugs for coffee (they did provide us with some instant coffee. also restocked daily), so it wasn't a issue for us. Although, spoons to stir it with would have been nice. Also, no dishcloth or cleaning supplies for the mugs. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others, now that I know to bring certain kitchen and bathroom supplies.

“A Winter Wonderland”

The White Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Phoenix Snow Park and a few restaurants - if you don't mind walking through the snow for 5-15min, make sure you have the proper boots and clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the big room had a SmartTV. But the best part was the view: STUNNING! There is a CU (convenience store) on floor B1, which is very helpful for getting snacks, drinks, and toiletries.

This hotel is a relatively new construction, so the room and everything were new, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I rate this property as very good for staying for a day or more than one day. Good option.

Shuttle bus to Phoenix Snow Park is very convenient, every 30 minutes.

It was expensive for what it was, room was basic. Not much space for a family of 4. Restaurant had some nice food but a little pricey.
