“An absolute snowy treat!”
LOVED our 3 night stay here! We upgraded to a room with a view over the slopes, costs extra but totally worth it. Hotel has a storage room for your ski gear which is heavenly after hours on the slopes, and a microwave in the common area to heat meals up so you don’t have to buy restaurant food every day. However don’t skip on the buffet breakfast - delicious, lovely views and the coffee was the best we had in all of Korea. Unreal. Go early to avoid queues.

“Disappointed - won’t return again.”
Great view of the slopes so we stayed here again because we loved it end of 2024 but it’s not the same. No restaurant or service or atmosphere downstairs any more - zero apres ski! Room was poorly cleaned - no sugar, shower gel, spoon replaced after room cleaning (only every 3rd day anyway) and mugs / glasses not washed up. Had to clean room ourselves! Very disappointing when paying top dollar for a room!

Very helpful in arranging my stay, I had to change the date and got help very fast! My booking was for 2 people, but I was travelling alone, so at the breakfast I was offered a lunch box to take out due to me only using one breakfast pass. I appreciated that very much!

“Highly recommend!! We will be back!”
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Hotel. The rooms were very big and could accommodate all of our stuff. The ease of walking to the get to the ski slopes was incredible! I love the premium day pass, which included equipment rental, all day lift tickets, the sled park AND lunch! So convenient! They also have a good selection of slopes for various ski levels. The staff were friendly and always helpful. There are 2 convenience stores on property, which was handy for snacks. We really enjoyed the activities at the Central plaza each evening- karaoke, billiards, bowling.

It is quite new, clean, the restaurant on the 3rd floor has a good selection of food, the aprés ski experience in the lobby lounge was exceptional because of the amazing brass band.
