Clean with plenty of room

A very large room with a living and bedroom area. Great location, with many shops and restaurants serving delicious food nearby. Convenient parking with direct access to the hotel elevator.

Room too warm. Even with heating turned off.

We love this place because of the staff. They are so helpful and kind, and always take care of us. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, well equipped with essentials. And the hotel is central to town and ski resorts. Thank you Jae and all of the staff at The Maru, we really appreciate you taking care of us once again. See you next time we stay in town.

Jay was extremely helpful. Always answered my questions and messages very quickly. The front staff was helpful when we arrived early for our check in. They also kindly arranged a taxi to the ski resort.

Very spaceous and brilliant service. The receptionist was very helpful with advice. It was winter time and very cold outside, but the room was always in perfect temperature.

Location was near enough to the ski resorts, but still had to take taxi as it is the most convenient. Several food options nearby the hotel, but many of them only opens at night

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mura during my visit to Pyeongchang for the 2024 GangWon Winter Youth Olympic Games in January 2024. Firstly, the location of the hotel was simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Pyeong Chang town, it offered easy access to all the major attractions and landmarks. A simply 5 minutes drive will arrive the Pyeong Chang Winter Olympic Museum. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel right at home. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and provided valuable information about the city. They were always available to answer any questions or assist with any requests, making the overall experience truly personalized and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, my stay at [Hotel Name] was fantastic. The combination of its prime location and the genuine hospitality extended by the staff made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pyeongchang and looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I can't wait to return and experience it all over again.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were fabulous, solved all my queries and requests and bent over backwards to help me get around. Good location, easy to find and access.
