“Spacious, comfortable and private apartments in perfect location”
Los Balcones is a modest place, and yet very homey, quiet and private. The apartments are very basic yet contain the essentials, are very spacious and bright, and great value at this price point. The owner is very charming and helpful. I think the added bonus is that Los Balcones is located in the residential entertainment district, close to great restaurants and bars, between the parque and the riverside malecon.
