A truly lovely place with breathtaking views and excellent traditional cuisine. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. An ideal spot to unwind, connect with nature, and leave everyday worries behind.

“Perfect place for a relaxing weekend”
The staff is very kind, smiling, and happy to answer all questions. The breakfast is excellent and varied, made with fresh ingredients. On-site, you can rent boats, SUP boards, kayaks, and use a padel court. The hotel rooms are very clean, and the toiletries are of good quality.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was beautiful and everything was clean. I really liked that everything was included in the price and there were no surprices. I liked the cat.

The dinner here was outstanding ! We were here at the end of the summer season so many things were closed but the kids enjoyed the paddleball court and we enjoyed walking around the property and hiking around Puumala.

location on the lake. Best balcony for breakfast in Finland. Fantastic puusauna. The place is excellent but it’s not high end luxury- that isn’t what Saimaa is about. friendly staff, family run.
