The landlord is on the default list and therefore it is not possible to use any facilities in the apartments and it is not possible to use the lift to even go up to the apartment. The apartment is on the 16th floor. All doors require a pass to get through and the landlords pass card is stopped due to being a defaulter who has not made payment to the apartments management company. The landlords refused to refund our money, when we were unable to stay as we could not get up to the apartment due to them being on the default list so we had to stay elsewhere. Booking also refused to deal with the issue as the landlord refused to respond to them. I’ve uploaded the proof of the default notice and the money owed by the landlord, the apartment is 16-06

Very comfortable, clean, fully furnished, equipped with washing machine, electric non stick pan (my wife love it), microwave and water dispenser. They got vey nice and clean infinity pool, kid pool and children plyground.
