The apartment has three beds in 3 rooms , 2 double and 1 single which was convenient for our family of 4. Eugene the host gave us very clear instructions on whatsapp and so it was easy to access. Eugene was very responsive on whatsapp. The beds were comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms and the dining table is sturdy and nice. Towels were provided. There is a kitchen with basic tools , cutlery, plates, bowls around 3 vessels , a microwave , water kettle and a two burner induction stove. Fridge is good. Private parking is available at specific reserved slots. Apartment is on the 28th floor and there are many marts around and the ioi city mall is a stones throw away and easily walkable.There are wardrobes in each room but some closets are locked and marked as for staff use only. The apartment was clean and tidy but dusting could have been more thorough. It was more than enough for our one night stay need and we had a good nights rest.

“Could Be Better”
The location was ok. Still need to drive to IOI Mall Putrajaya. You can walk, but it's not really easy for senior citizens and Malaysia weather conditions. Unexpected rain will ruin your day. And walking under hot sunny is not a pleasant.

It's easy to find the staycation, clear directions from the owner, good interior decor, water pressure is good, air-conditioners are in good functioning, speed wifi, and you can enjoy TV online, spacious fridge, it will be happier if you provide a washing machine.
