“BAD EXPERIENCES ON CLEAN NESS OF THE UNIT..”
THE TOILET AND HOUSE CLEAN NESS IS BAD.. THE TOILET SO BAD SMELL AND RUST.. THE FAN IS DUST.. KITCHEN STOVE DIRTY.. OVERALL IS BAD ON CLEAN NESS. NEED A VERY GOOD IMPROVEMENT.

“I would not stay here again”
More kitchen appliances, a microwave, oven, et. No place was not very clean , we had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen properly. The beds had really thin mattresses and dirty protectors on them.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The place was nice, clean, and had everything I needed. I had a good stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Location is relatively close to IOI city mall. 5-10mins drive. This is at tower B, tower C&D is much nearer to IOI city mall. There is free WiFi, towels and hairdryer (weak) provided. Place comes with light blocking curtains. Was an OK stay

Great location. Nearby to IOI City shopping mall and the Serdang Hospital. Within the location there are restaurants, mini market, diy shops, laudry etc. Owner is friendly and helpful.

“Stay like a Local :)”
The property owner is the best! His property is probably leased out long term and while looking for tenants, he puts it up for short term stay. Clever owner :) Security guards very helpful and on the ball - saw one picking up rubbish while he was patrolling mailbox area. Profile of long term tenants are exotic (esstern europeans and african), there are many locals staying as well and are patriotic to fly the national flag from their windows. Owner uses nice sliver blinds and walls nicely painted in 2 colours (white and yellow) with black out curtains in every room so sleep is wonderful on firm queen's sized beds in both bedrooms. Netflix works and is entertaining when it's a rainy day.
