The house owner did not come clean about the gender of other tenant leaving inside the house. I have to find another house to stay and fork out more money because not comfortable leaving with different gender. The owner just change the house status as a Coliving space. This is so much fraud!

When we made the booking, we thought it was for the whole apartment, but realised our mistake on arrival, it was actually a room accomodation. Thanks god, the accommodation was comfortable, spacious and clean. we only come across the very polite other tenant once. The accommodation was easy to find and entering the building was not messy, made easy by the helpful guards.

1. Easy to get E- Hailing service 2.15 minutes Walk to IOI Shopping Mall 3. Good security 4. Room was comfy 5. 7 minutes Walk to the nearest 24hrs grocery store 5. You can use all the provided facilities I have shared some photos during our stay how the views look from our room and walking to the nearby grocery store Thank you to Mr Chen for your hospitality. !
