Really unpleasant and unsightly behavior. We booked a reservation on Booking for 2400 rupees per night, when we talked to people we realized that the price for a couple is 1500-1000 depending on the type of room. They insisted that they could not cancel the reservation, only to find out that when we left the place and paid the full price for three nights. They canceled the reservation on Booking and that the cancellation cost was also a burden on us by telling Booking that we did not arrive and took all the money for themselves! I really do not recommend the place, it is a scam. They could have canceled our reservation and charged us a lower price, really rude
