I stay at this hotel every time I visit, and I don’t even consider other options anymore — because this place is about feelings, not just accommodation. Of course, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay: cozy rooms, attentive service, and thoughtful details. But the most valuable thing here is the atmosphere. It’s truly incredible — warm, vibrant, and genuine. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. What makes it even more special is the people. The guests, the owners, and the team — everyone feels unique: open, kind, and genuinely interesting. It doesn’t feel like a hotel, but rather like being part of a big, welcoming family where you are truly appreciated. Another huge plus for me is that the hotel is animal-friendly. It’s not just a policy — you can really feel that both guests and their pets are comfortable here, even in the little details. Honestly, this is one of those places that stays in your heart. And every time I leave, I know I’ll definitely be back 🤍

Rejected my reservation few hours before checkin time by email though the booking was done 2 weeks prior . The staff was very respectful and well mannered. He told that due to some adhoc holi booking he accepted and he cannot accommodate me.

The food was good and there were both Indian and more international options. From what I observed, many travelers seemed comfortable there and the place had a very social atmosphere, with guests often spending time together in the common area.

We did not stay at this hotel. The owner informed us to have overbooked because of Holi one hour before arrival. He arranged a room for us next door for the same price. Later he arranged rooms for us in town. That was reasonable for canceling on such short time and we appreciate it. Restaurant at the rooftop was ok.

Comfy bed, quiet area, no bike horns! shortish walk to lake, enthusiastically friendly staff, no complaints..

OMG Govinda the owner is just amazing ... you feel like at home instantly ! We were a few backpackers there and we were extending as it's so hard to leave this place ... also one was kept coming back every year for the past 7 years!!! That's says it all ... Honestly might not be perfect, but nowhere is perfect but Govinda make it the perfect to be, to stay , to relax Amazing views from the rooftop , good food too Cute dog too there ! Bonus : dorm have no bunk beds which is great obv ! Was staying at another one that I left after one night as it was aweful (hostel started with a V ... with a lot of fake reviews ) ... same price more or less and literary 2 opposite end of the spectrum !!!

Wonderful room with mountain view, pace and relax! Best food and welcoming from the guys! Just 5 minutes walking from the market but in a quiet place out of the streets.

Awesome place to stay, especially the view from the roof top. Great staff and clean linen and rooms. One of the best options for long stays in pushkar.

Zoola Palace is absolutely the best place to stay in Pushkar! The rooms are nice and comfortable, they make a lovely fire every night that creates such a special atmosphere. It’s close to the lake yet perfectly quiet and peaceful. Govinda and his amazing team go above and beyond to help you with anything and truly make you feel at home. Can’t wait to come back!

The location was absolutely perfect, and the terrace made it even more special. Having meals there with a peaceful mountain view felt truly magical. What touched me the most was the owner, Govinda, such a warm and genuine soul. He treats every guest like family, not just like customers. This stay honestly felt like home. I am definitely coming back here on my next visit to Pushkar. Feeling truly lucky to have found Zoola Palace

“Cozy Stay with Delicious Food”

The location is very convenient, away from the crowd but still 10 min only walking from the main market. The food is delicious and good variety. I liked the family atmosphere — everyone was welcoming and it truly felt like a home away from home. Also rooftop gives a very beautiful view

Awesome place, great vibes, amazing food and no restrictions. Been coming here for the last 4 hours and usually stay here for 15-20 days every few months. Close enough to walk to the market (takes less than 5 minutes) but without the bustle and noise. Beautiful views of sunset from roof and common area. Staff is very good and friendly making it perfect for solo travellers.

Had a great time here. The bed was absolutely the best bed I've slept in the last 4 weeks in India. It was a huge bed and even had a real duvet which was a lovely treat. I slept amazing well here. It's been quiet cold this winter season in Rajasthan so the duvet was awesome. Govinda is a lovely guy too. Very helpful and friendly. I didn't hang out on the roof top much as was always out doing stuff around Pushkar. But the views were great and it's a good spot to chill out. Highly recommend it. 5 mins walk to the lake but in a quiet spot (as long as there is not a wedding going on😂) has a lovely dog that is always outside too. Get room 103 if it's available. Even has a small balcony for drying clothes if you do a hand wash.
