Location facing ocean. Close to restaurants and bars. Nice owner. Laundry available. Room large clean and great a/c which is needed as it's very hot. Close to ferry and many street festivals

Check in took an hour. Once I arrived, the host told me there was a problem with the room i booked, and sent me to a different address for an alternative, but forced me to pay a higher price. The accommodation I stayed in was fine, was still cheaper than anything in the vicinity that night, but being forced to pay more than the booking.com price is a straight up scam.

A good location for getting the ferry, owner was super friendly and kind. kitchen was okay, a bit basic

Super close to the beach!! Especially loved the balcony on which you could eat/sit and have a direct view of the ocean.

The apartment had a nice terrace with sea view. Walking distance (5-10 minutes) to the ferry and to tour boat. Air condition in the bedrooms. Nice and helpful host.

Everything was great! The location is perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcome. Victor is an amazing host, he is friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

I liked how close this place was to many restaurants and the beach (where you can see a wonderful sunset view). The owner was very friendly and gave me advice on my bicycle trip going south.

“Nice for a short stay”

Very good for a short stay. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Viktor also speaks a bit English. Kitchen had everything you needed. Common space is nice and everything is clean. Puntarenas is busy on weekends (only locals) and quiet during the week.

The accommodation was fantastic! Great location close to the ferry in Punta Arenas. The hostess was incredibly kind, and her husband even gave us a ride to the bus station in the morning. Absolutely recommend!

Nice room, comfortable pillows

It was one person room, small bed but comfy, with full bathroom, value was cheap and comfortable, just in front of the beach. No A/C but a fan worked fine.

Great place to stay: a whole house on the beachfront. The owner lives next door, so perfect to get assistance. 3 rooms, which are not well described in booking: a large bedroom on the 2nd floor, a small/medium-size on the first floor, both with modern and well functionating AC. The last room in the basement is very tiny, has only a tiny window to the laundry room. Doable for one night, when you are really on budget travelling but not suitable for 2 ppl. Great open kitchen, sofa in the living room and free laundry :-) Great place to stay for one day but also for one week or longer. Really the bed we had in Costa Rica so far.

Nicely located on the main beach strip of the Town. Friendly helpful owner and family. Good wifi. Excellent price for a room with bathroom.

Then I refused, then he showed me another room which was also not the room I booked, seeing that I was dissatisfied, he said I could cancel the reservation. I showed him my reservation, that I had a room with a sea view. The third time he showed me the right room. This man I think he wanted to put me in a room cheaper than the one I booked, it was very rude of him .
