The owner (Katerina) was so sweet and lovely. If we had any questions she was so helpfull. The thing I really liked it was wery clean, the villa was by it self so it was private with no houses on top. The pool was clean, and the whole meaning with the trip/holiday was relaxation, something I really got beacause of the sorroundings/area. And off course the house cat Donna ❤️

“Beautiful Villa”

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Villa! The breathtaking views and peaceful location, just a short distance from town, offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The spacious layout was ideal for our group of 6, and the stunning pool was a total highlight, especially for cooling off in the midday heat. We highly recommend renting a car or 125cc scooters to access the town with ease. The nearby runway added a fun touch - watching planes take off and land was a unique thrill for us! Our kids mentioned it was a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t detract from the overall amazing experience. We’d love to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning accommodation. The place is beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and very well looked after. You can feel the care and attention in every corner. The hosts were absolutely lovely – warm, helpful, and truly welcoming. They made us feel at home from the very first moment. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy – we would return in a heartbeat!

Villa Katerina is situated overlooking Skiathos town, the sea and the airport. The views and sunsets were spectacular. We all loved watching the flights come and go and there was no noise from them. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Katerina and her family did everything they could to make our holiday great. Lifts from airport, cake and welcome pack and best moussaka we had tasted in a long while. Thankyou!!

“Everything you could wish for and more!”

Villa Katerina is absolutely beautiful! It has everything you could wish for and more. With 3 double bedrooms, large living area and well equipped kitchen with air conditioning throughout. The whole villa is spacious with large balcony and fantastic views over Skiathos town & beyond. The infinity pool is amazing again with fantastic views, clean & well maintained twice a week. The balcony & pool area is relaxing and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is a really family oriented villa, Katerina welcomes you and gives you recommendations for beaches & restaurants and explains everything you need to know about the villa. Her mother & family clean the villa twice a week with fresh bedding, towels & beach/pool towels and ask if you need anything from the supermarket, they also leave you lovely gifts, such a kind family and we were very grateful. We like to walk and didn’t mind the walk into town where we plane spotted then found amazing restaurants in the beautiful hidden side streets of Skiathos, we never had a bad meal! We beach hopped using the very efficient bus service & water taxis, all the beaches are superb! We always got a taxi back up to the villa which were €10-15 but many of the high quality accommodation is set back in the mountains and therefore would need a taxi wherever we stayed. You can also hire a car with ample parking at the villa. Many thanks to Katerina & her welcoming family for a truly wonderful holiday!

We stayed at Villa Katerina for a week in August. The villa is perfect for 6 people, the spaces are large, well cared for in every detail. The outdoor area with the swimming pool is truly wonderful. The house is very clean (not only upon arrival, but also during the week of stay they came to clean the house and the swimming pool). Finally, the owner, Katerina, is extremely helpful and very kind to guests.

“Fabulous stay in Skiathos”

This is a beautiful villa with fabulous view of the harbour. Days spent lounging by the pool, reading on the hammock, watching beautiful sunsets, listening to the cecadas , eating Al fresco. Thank you Katerina for the welcoming cake which didn't last long and the moussaka which fed us for 2 days. A car is a definitely desirable to get around today island from here. Our family of 6 had a great holiday here and sad to leave. Highly recommend staying here A car definitely an advantage. The hill up was a challenge in an old rental six seater with lots of baggage! Practice made perfect but hairy moments and laughs. Id advise a 4 wheel drive if more than 2 people with bags.

“Great villa!”

To be honest we had the best experience so far with a villa in Greece! Katerina was so kind and always sending us suggestions for beaches, bars and other attractions from the area. She would bring us home-made moussaka and a sweet cake home-made by her grandmother which would impress us a lot. The villa is great. Really clean, decorated with taste and it has an amazing view. I know the road to the villa might seem too much, but trust me, it's worth it! The pool is also amazing. You can swim and watch planes land and take off. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked mostly breakfast, but one day we decided to cook some vegetables with fish and we had everything we needed.

What a stunning, private, beautifully maintained property. The view from the pool is amazing. Absolutely incredible. It was a treat to watch the planes land and take off. They didn’t disturb us at all but provided some great entertainment. Others come from all over the island to stand at the bottom of the runway to watch the planes, we literally had a Birds Eye view. The villa is beautifully kept and the best hosts we’ve ever had. Nothing was too much for them. They wanted us to have the best time. Provided fabulous recommendations for bars and restaurants . A home made baked cake and even a delicious mousakka which we all enjoyed. So very thoughtful and kind. Donna the villa cat is an absolute joy to have around but if you don’t like cats done worry she will head off somewhere else if you don’t give her the cat biscuits provided. She is a real sweetheart though and we adored her. The outside shower was soooo good, with such amazing privacy it was easy showering outside. The pool is one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen with no leaf debris at all. It was so very clean. The outside area really suited the four of and was plenty of room and with the extension of the planned patio area for next summer it will be even better. Our opinion is you need a car. It’s a steep climb / drive up but seriously worth it and very manageable. We walked it several times in the week during the day but tbh I wouldn’t like to do it after a relaxing meal out - far too much effort and exhausting! However saying that it’s an easy very short drive to town and wow the restaurants and bars there are great. It really suited us. A family of four, 21 and 17 year olds. During the day we explored the beaches, beach restaurants for lunch and then enjoyed being close to the gentle buzz of town at night. The seafood restaurants on the front were fab and we loved the two cocktail bars owned by the villa’s family. A bit more …..The bedrooms are all great. All with air con.

It was like home from home. The owner made us a cake and later on a Mousake, really nice touch.

The Villa made our stay very enjoyable. Katerina was very helpful during our stay. It was spacious, tidy, had a great pool and all the facilities you need. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything!!! Katerina, the villa, the view and location are second to none!! Can't wait to come back but the only way we could afford it from now on is leave a rubbish review so no customers and we can go back anytime!! But that wouldn't be right an dthe villa is so homely and stunning!!

Fabulous villa, with fantastic facilities. Great host, with cake on arrival and a Moussaka mid week appeared when they had been in to clean. Up in the hills but walkable to town centre.
