“100% recommended would go back again”
Everything was really beatiful at the hotel and the location surrounded by nature was beyond excepted, we even see a Tucan from our room, and all the facilities, the pool the restaurant was amazing

A nice, relatively large resort in the Punta Uva area, right next to the beach. Large rooms, nice bathroom. The receptionist Maria was very helpful, proactive, and very willing to assist us.

Breakfast was good. A few options were available. Room was clean but very plain, could use more electrical outlets. We had to make coffee in the bathroom lol. Overall not a big deal it just lacked design.

The hotel & gardens were very clean. The staff was constantly cleaning & maintaining the facility to ensure it was in tip-top shape. Very friendly staff, nice location, lovely pool area. It was a short tuk tuk ride to other dining establishments if you wanted to venture out.

Overall, the rooms were clean and acceptable, but by no means interesting or memorable. The hotel does not have direct beach access; instead, it opens onto a parking area that leads to a very small and overcrowded beach, which was disappointing. The staff is not at a good professional level and lacked attentiveness. There is also a clear need for better landscaping — the outdoor area feels more like a parking lot than a hotel garden, which negatively affects the atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely disappointing: there are only three options to choose from, and the quality of the food is poor. The hotel is far from Puerto Viejo, which is inconvenient, although it is close to other beautiful beaches in the area.

“A lot of facilities, but unprofessional”
It is a little hard to write a review about this hotel. This because everything is there, but it all feels unprofessional. First of all; everything you need is there. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, airconditioning works good. There is a nice and big pool. The area is 24/7 secured.
