Overview
Situated in the coastal town of Punta Umbria, in the south of Andalusia, this hotel is the ideal place to enjoy a sun-filled holiday on the beach and to explore the culture of this region. Hotel Ayamontino is set at the heart of the attractive town of Punta Umbria. You can stroll to the extensive beach from here, and relax on the fine sands. Most rooms boast private terraces from which you can enjoy great views and can sunbathe. In the evening, you can dine in the hotel’s restaurant and then unwind with a drink on the bar terrace. From here you can easily visit this southern area of Andalusia, including nearby Huelva and the beautiful city of Seville a little further afield. The border with Portugal is also just a short drive from this accommodation.

“Loved the hotel, had such an open, fresh feel about it and lovely staff.”
Clean and spacious. Great nights sleep as it was very quiet and the room was a perfect temperature. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying there. Good value for money.

“Pleasant”
I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel, but there are definitely some pros and cons worth mentioning. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my entire stay. The location is also excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and very close to the main street where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and even a few supermarkets for convenience.

Great hotel for a short or long stay. The best thing is the staff. The speed and service at lunchtimes was also very fast and efficient. Juan Lu is a charming and diligent maître d at mealtimes, whilst upon arrival after a nice day at the beach, the sun keeps shining in the hotel with Blanca's friendly and happy professionalism.

Great location close to the estuary and the beach . Good restaurants close by. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and private parking on the premises was a bonus.
