Very good communication with host. Apartment with view to ocean. This area is busy during summer, but after it is quite place. Everything was as expected.

The apartment is dirty. Crumbs and cigarette butts from previous guests. Mold on the walls. Shame. it may be modest, but it should be clean and fair play.
