Amazing experience at Blue Island Punta Rucia! The staff is absolutely incredible—super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. The restaurant is fantastic, with delicious, fresh food and a beautiful seaside setting. But the real highlight was the private excursions to Cayo Arena—100% worth it! Easily the best thing I’ve seen in the Dominican Republic. We saw so many colourful fish, enjoyed crystal-clear waters, and had a completely personalised experience. Highly recommended! Hope to be back soon.

We didn't have high expectations, and this place surprised us in many ways. The host was just amazing. He was so caring, supportive, and very helpful. He went beyond, extra miles to answer all our questions, help us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. He arranged us a boat to Cayo Arena; we had great food and the best memories here. We'd highly recommend this place!

“I’d stay here in this paradise anytime again. No hesitation.”
Location in a quiet (apart from merengue/bachata as everywhere in RD) fishing village with little tourism, and this 2-bedroom (+villas) is one of few, giving the place a feeling of stepping back 30 years. Although busy and more lively everywhere on weekends with Dominicans from Santiago etc. Staff lovely, location so on the beach, water warm beautiful calm for swimming. Food excellent. Comfy bed, beautiful spacious room.
