“Great stay”
The staff was great. We had a small issue in the room (it was a bit dirty and humid) but they quickly reacted, fixed the problem and gave us free massages for the inconvenience. The pool was awesome, the food was really good (surprising for an all-inclusive), my kids loved Star Camp and the people staying at the hotel were good. Great option for family vacations!

“Nice place, but needs some improvements: like maintenance improvements and to be correctly staffed”
In general, the property was in good shape. Restaurants were nice and the main lobby looks lovely. Staff was very kind and nice.

“One of the best vacation spots we have been to everything was great.”
The Staff was exceptional with all are our requests. Some stood out like Zyan for going to the pharmacy off site and Amando who was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The housekeeping Staff where so helpful also, Fabian who was delightful and was very entertaining and Carlos at reception. We had a wonderful Christmas thanks to all the Staff there.
