The room corresponds to the pictures, bed is comfortable but small. Threre is drinking water in the room which is a must for Mexico. Fridge, stove and some kitchen utensils are provided (no microwave). Check-in is a self-service with clear guidelines. Hotel is really located next to the beach just few steps down the road. The top roof terrace is nicely decorated and has a beautiful view to the sea. The terrace in front of the rooms is a common space but the view is nice as well. There are tables and armchiars where you can enjoy your breakfast, tea, etc. There is a beautiful restaurant Casa de pintor just 50 meters away. And there is a pizzeria in the same building (pizzas are tasty). The rest restaurants are about 10-15 mins walk. We liked the restaurant in the Coral hotel. It is big enough, faces the see, has good variety of food and descent price. Most of the restaurants nearby were quite expensive.

The hosts were super helpful and laid back. 1 min walking distance to Stinky's surf spot which is a great longboard and beginner spot. The beach there is beautiful and fun to swim in and have some beers. The hotel has great tiles and a classic look. Much more appealing than other nearby hotels. Teresa's Tacos is just a few mins walk. My favorite taco spot in both Punta Mita and Sayulita.

“Great Value for water front accommodations!”
Mary & Nico were superb hosts! They took great care of us and ALL of my many questions. The property was comfortable, quiet and super clean. Our room, which was #1, was spacious and the kitchenette was just perfect. Our room looked just like the pictures. Sitting at our outside patio table, watching the water and listening to the ocean waves was my favorite activity :) Surfboards on site in garage- the water is just a minute walk across, so convenient. Eleni's massage services on the beach was excellent- 65$ for 1 hr for 2 ppl. The mom, dad, daughter and son delivered an excellent massage; I went back 3 times.
