“A brilliant all-round villa. Definitely recommend”

The villa is incredible! We stayed as a multi-generational family with a mix of ages including 6 and 7 year old children and it suited all of us. It was spotlessly clean, great facilities, amazing pool and the view is unbeatable. The location is great - a lot of places are walkable. You can walk to the beach in 15-20 minutes(or drive in five minutes) where there is very good snorkelling and some lovely restaurants. We also liked that it is a short walk to a water park and there is a small supermarket at the end of the road. There is Aircon throughout. The host was very friendly and easy to contact.

“A perfect villa with amazing views”

This villa was absolutely amazing. Everything was well thought out, high quality and clean. The views over the bay were stunning, and the pool was the perfect size. It's in a quiet location, but walkable to everything you need. All towels were changed halfway through our week's stay, and there was plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery, which you don't always find in holiday homes. We couldn't fault anything and it was ideal for our party of 6 adults.

The villa is beautiful and has fabulous views from each room at the front (3x bedroom and living room area). All amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, bbq area … plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, pans etc … even a corkscrew and lighter for the bbq. Washing up liquid and a few dishwasher tablets. All towels, beach towels, tea towels. Near to the aquapark (5-min walk) and beach to the north (10-min walk). There was a kids amusement area down by the main road (5-min walk) we had to drag the kids away from each time. Had a bar and small supermarket there too.

“We had an excellent family holiday in a beautiful Villa.”

Villa Tin Coves is stunning. The villa is very modern and immaculately clean. It had everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable with great air conditioning and WiFi. The pool was beautiful and the views from the upstairs balcony were amazing. There is a great BBQ next to the pool with a large seating area and very comfortable sunbeds. The bedrooms were large with crisp white linens, fluffy towels and lots of storage space. The kitchen was very well equipped and the laundry area was really convenient. Pool towels were changed twice weekly and the villa was cleaned and beds changed weekly. The living area had really comfortable sofas and a large dining table. The Villa is presented so well with some really nice artwork and furnishings. The host, Tin, was brilliant. We had lots of contact and knew we could call her at anytime if we needed to. There are some bars and a little supermarket about 10 minutes walk away and the beautiful beach was about a 20 minute walk away. Lots of great restaurants near the beach. This Villa is superb and we will definitely be returning.

Simply stunning. 3 large double bedrooms, all en-suite, and a smaller twin as part of a family suite. Ideal for families and friends. Sleeps 8 plus a cot. The views were stunning. The pool was crystal clear. Enough plates, crockery, cutlery, utensils etc chairs and loungers to cater for everyone. The place was super clean. Our hostess was great, met us on arrival. Gave us recommendations for visits and restaurants etc. Was immediately contactable if we needed anything.

The villa, pool and views. Small utilities like coffee filters and dishwasher tablets were already available. Towels were renewed after a few days.

Catalina was a excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Villa was immaculately furnished and maintained. Plenty of seating in the lounge area for relaxing. Balcony area was great too. Wi-fi good. Beds very comfortable. Everything was great for a relaxing stay at the villa. Thank you Catalina for the complimentary wine and snacks at the villa. :))

“Great villa in a good location”

Tin was helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen facilities were good. We really enjoyed the pool and outside area. The location was good for us with a short walk to a supermarket, and the beach not being much further. Everything was clean and well maintained in a contemporary style.

Beautiful, quiet location but less than a mile from Arenal beaches and restaurants. Superbly equipped villa with lovely views and a great infinity pool. Ideal for our family holiday with 5 adults and two children. Three bathrooms.

“Pretty much perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend.”

Everything was pretty much perfect. So well equipped there was literally nothing else needed, even down to clothes pegs for hanging out washing and a first aid kit with insect repellent! Views were great; pool amazing. Decor and furnishings were high quality. Fairly peaceful. The owner, Tin was amazing. Let us check in early and check out late which was a big plus for us with early and late flights. She was also happy to answer any questions and provide info on the local area. Lovely touch of providing wine cheese and water on arrival.

We returned a week ago from a fantastic holiday at Villa's Tin , this is a beautiful Villa, lots of room, very comfortable beds, lovely pool , well equipped kitchen and plenty of room to all sit together and eat, very friendly host, thank you Tin , we hopefully will return again X

Absolutely pristine villa, even better than the photos. Catalina is a wonderful host and very attentive! The infinity pool is beautiful and private surrounded by olive trees. We loved the location and near by restaurants. We will definitely be back to Villa Tin. Thanks again Catalina x
