“Okay in a nice area”
The situation was good - very near the sea . However your privacy was compromised by public path in front of property . Facilities okay - shower tired / lounge furniture tired / well used . Kitchen well equipped . Loungers tired . Safe parking but not told about access to Carpark by fob .

“Nice views but pricey for what it is provided”
Location was really good near Cueva de los Verdes and Jameos. The view from the house was really beautiful with the sea right in front (no cars passing by and you would barely see people walking by). Calm and quiet

“A perfect quiet place to stay for a few days”
Love waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast outside ! Beautiful place, really relaxing. The place was clean and spacious, many parking options, rock pools are available for swimming 5 min by walk which is nice. Definitely would recommend.

The position was awesome. Just in front of the sea. You can find restaurants and a small market at a walking distance. Plenty of parking (both private and public). Kitchen fully equipped, lot of space. If you travel in 4 or for a long time it is perfect, just remember to buy some groceries.

“Amazing, wonderful, restorative holiday in beautiful Lanzarote.”
The location of Casita Martina is incredible, literally 10m from the sea. It faces SE so gets the sun all day in the winter and is sheltered from north winds. The apartment is spotless and well equipped. There is a natural swimming pool about 200 yards away and a sandy beach a mile away in Arrietta. I had an amazing holiday here and have rebooked for next year.

Casita Martina is a charming little house in a quiet village. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you might need: WLAN, toaster, hairdryer etc. Whenever you have a question, you can reach the friendly owner.
