The closeness of the sea. Quiet apart from the crashing of the waves which was fabulous. Plenty of towels. Comfortable sofa and beds. Netflix available though you needed to have an account with Netflix to logo in. Didn’t try any of the other viewing options. Good WiFi.

Beautiful location and fully equipped with everything we needed for 10 night stay. Parking space outside the rear of property. Excellent WiFi. Lovely little welcome pack. Although a bottle of water would have been appreciated. If I’m being really picky. The apartment is in the best part of the island for Cèsar Manrique attractions too. Which I can highly recommend

“Our second year at this quiet resort, highly recommended”

We love the location, it was our 2nd year this year we stayed for 3 weeks. Morning sunrises are very special and sitting on the patio. Many days swimmers were out on the wave, on their boards. We found the patio table leg broken, it seems it was also mentioned by hirer before us but within 24 hours a replacement was delivered. Nice new big TV with Smart Channels We added a Double drawer Air Fryer which we brought on our 2nd day and left it for others to use. On the beach area, their are two sunbeds, unfortunately while great for resting, one of them has seen better days. The beach is Volcanic but you can still find interesting shells. There is lot to do on Lanzarote and my highlight after 4 attempts but the wind wasn't right until 4th time(day) was Paragliding, at Orzola. www.volcanofly-lanzarote.com Well worth going to the markets but be early to avoid all the coaches arriving. Sunday Tequise market. Find Jonnies Coffee shop for the special home made cakes and excellent drinks, you know its great as there are queue and its not in the market area jonnies.bakes.com. This year the market was bigger. A plus to the doctors surgery in Tequise who sorted the sand/grit in my eye problem. Now the village Punta de Mujeres Has some helpful shops and the one close the villa, is big inside. The one further on offers hot food and has a cafe too. A choice of local restaurants although this year we ate in the villa more this time. The one one the sea front, only speaks Spanish and no menus in English, only Spanish, You need to make a reservations. At nearby Arrieta has lots of choices and for the best supermarket for choice and value, the Petrol station has a big store plus cheap fuel. The Apartment is basic when you compare to others on the front where its based, but then it if you wanted one of them, expected a premium. In the main we enjoyed staying here, quiet, the location, views and sunrises. We love Lanzarote. We recommend staying here for all round experiences.

I love this location, near to both Punta Mujeres (old fishing village) and Arrieta (small seaside town). The property looks out onto the sea and is part of a very small complex that feels quiet and private. The property was comfortable (beds and seating) and is adequately equipped. Wi-Fi signal was good and communication with the agent/owner also good.

“A relaxing holiday in a well situated apartment by the sea”

A very nice apartment with a super location looking onto the sea. There is a small sheltered terrace for outside dining/sea gazing! The apartment was clean and tidy with good facilities. It had comfortable beds and ample bedding. The apartment is located beside the quaint fishing village of Punta Mujeres with its sea pools and in walking distance of Arrieta where there is a nice beach with bar/restaurant overlooking the sea.

We loved the location, we loved staying here, we loved watching the sunrise and sunset, we loved being able to rest, we loved the local village, we loved being so quiet at night and hearing the sea. Was very clean on arrival. We loved it so much we have booked for 2025! Ps the Smart TV can be re-tuned in the settings for programs for your language, may not be the ones you watch at home. If not bring a HDMI lead with you and plug in from say a note book or lap top to watch your films, Stores in big towns have all the leads you might need. Yes bring your own toilet rolls in addition to one provided. It's not a service hotel after all. Great to have a big Fridge/Freezer and washing machine. Microwave, oven and hob easy to use. Each user leaves some thing we found useful that others might use. We purchased and left a washing up bowl plus an extended washing line. Why not, it adds to the stay experience. The host has supplied some items in the cupboard and bit by bit you find them. Yes you could be picky, but why not just enjoy the holiday experience here. PS the photos of the beds are when we were packing up, we had stripped the beds back for the lovely cleaners who arrived as we just completed packing the car just after 10am. (check out for our stay was 10-11am) Once again we loved it here.
