“No more than the position, disappointing and overpriced”
The only luxury point is the position. And also the ocean view, if your lucky enough not have parked vans in front (the apartment is at the street level).

“Could have been so much better. A shame.”
The accommodation is nice. Love the polished concrete floor, light and airy and the location is literally a stones throw from the sea. Open the door and you can hear the sea. Everything is open planned. Check-in was easy and convenient. Communication with the owner was good.
