Nice owner, but not very clean, location is bad especially if you do not have a car. Safety is good, because there is a security gate with 24/7 security guy. Water heater did not work so we had only cold water.

Alberto was an incredible host! He answered any of our questions and was very attentive. The apartment was extremely clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed drinking tea on the balcony! I would recommend this property to everybody visiting Punta Cana!
