Where do I start...I am so disappointed in my trip, even though it was a significant financial investment for me, and it usually takes a lot for me to sit and write down a bad review. First of all, the airport transfer was never delivered, regardless of my numerous messages and confirmations. So being alone with a toddler at 1 am without a safe taxi driver was a poor beginning surprise. The hotel doesn't provide the most basic appliances, like a boiler to make tea. I had to ask to check me out so I could move somewhere else before they provided me with an old boiler. The location is poor, with a huge and loud construction project just in front, so be ready to contemplate a lot of loud, working men from your window. The breakfast could take an hour to get, just because the person who cooks also serves, and she is very relaxed in life. Finally, I was charged 100 USD more than expected at check-in (at 2 am without any more explanations), and the personal language barrier and their unwillingness to solve my problem left me with nothing to solve this issue. Please, avoid if you don't want to stay completely disappointed. Apparently, the tourists expecting basic good service are way too much for this hotel. It is a very uncomfortable feeling to constantly want to move out in the midst of an already short stay.

I had a very good stay, everything was comfortable and well organized. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I’d like to highlight Michael Alfredo at reception, as his service was very good: friendly, efficient, and always with a smile, ready to help.

Room was large, hotel is overall tidy. Generally the furniture is on the older side but at this price range it does exactly what I expected it to. Great location near the beach too, however if you plan to chill in your room during the day, there's a busy road right under the windows and it gets very loud. It gets quieter after sunset.

Large and spacious bed, very good linens, very good cleanliness, working elevator. It's about 1km from the beach and has several restaurants with live music nearby, at reasonable prices in dollars, and you can eat well. A meal costs around 750 to 1500 pesos. There's also a karaoke bar reasonably close by, and a casino as well.

Location and passably friendly staff. Breakfast was well made and the chef was nice. Portions were very small though

The location is great, 10 minute walk from the beach, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, breakfast was okay (menu style), rooms are spacious and light. Overall a good value for the money.

The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the WiFi worked well. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. The hotel was near a private beach, which was a huge plus, and we enjoyed having WiFi and cocktails while relaxing by the water.

Warm and welcoming service.

Would be nice to have some local fruits for breakfast. Great that able to use the beach hotel facilities as well.

Big and comfortable beds, central location not very far from the beach, street with a lot of restaurants, clean and big room, great breakfast.

The hotel truly met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. It took about 6 minutes to walk to the beach, but the walk was actually quite pleasant. We had an issue with the bathroom in our room on the last day, and even though we were staying only one more night, the hotel accommodated us by changing our room. The breakfast was also very tasty and filling. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh bed linen and new towels provided daily. WiFi was extra fast! Only words of praise, truly! We also had a situation where our reservation at another hotel was canceled upon landing at the airport. Fortunately, we were able to book Green Coast Hotel the same evening for a 9-night stay.

Nice spatious room, close to beach, shops, restaurants. The staff was polite

Shower was terrible.. no toilet paper. Tv didn't work. A key broke the lock and they made us pay for it..
