“Good budget choice for overnighting before or after flight.”
We were just looking for a 1-night stay after a long flight, and Costa Love was great for this. Easy to find, secure parking, very friendly staff, nice breakfast included and the possibility to order takeaway food to your room, which was great as we didn't want to go looking for a restaurant. The room was very simple but comfortable (the hot water didn't work but we didn't mind) and there's a good amount of noise from the road, but the hotel itself was quiet. There's even a small pool. Recommended for a budget overnight before or after your flight.

“Value for money with extremely helpful staff.”
The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I spent my first night there before heading to Santo Domingo but because of the affordability of the hotel and friendliness of the staff, I returned for my final night in DR.

The rooms are big. The staff are friendly and English speaking. There is a great choice for breakfast and the breakfast is freshly cooked. It's close to the bus station for Santo Domingo, and there is a free transfer to the bus station. The bus drops you off in the Colonial Zone, if you ask the conductor.

“Hidden gem”
The apartment was spacious clean and secure. Wifi was available and pool was there for use. Good amenities and friendly hotel management and reception and great communication. They even organized our transfer back to the airport. The accommodation is not in the resort zone but more in the real life streets of Punta Cana. Very good value for money.

We were given Room No. 9 without any windows. The room only had three small spotlights, so it was very dark. During the day we had to leave the door open to a very busy street just to get some light, and in the evening we couldn’t even read :-(. The kitchenette was very poorly equipped—basically just one plate, one glass, and one mug :-(. And not very clean. The staff had a rather cold attitude. We chose the breakfast option, but there was no fresh fruit or tea. We definitely do not recommend this place.

The staff will help you with everything. Airport transport, recommendations for activities, GREAT breakfast, help in understanding the Domincan Republic and its currency.

“Waste of money, would never stay again.”
The staff are on checkin are friendly. The wifi is good and fast. They allowed a late checkout to allow for my flight time. Unfortunately I had a flight cancelled and booked this approx 45mins before arriving there last minute. If you have more time than I did, there are so many better options for that price in a better location.

“OK to start our journey in DR”
We arrived without luggage so not really enjoyed but not te fault of the hotel. They helped to get it from the airport but we had to collect ourselves.
