The cabaña was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The sheets and towels were of high quality, and the heating system worked very well to keep us warm at night. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Ana Maria, who speaks fluent English, was a kind and generous host, full of advice about Punta Arenas, and even gave us some eggs, bread, cheese, milk, etc. for breakfast when we arrived late in the evening, tired after a day's sightseeing near Punta Arenas. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. I highly recommend Villanita, a short drive or a 20-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. We didn't want to drive in the evenings, so when going out took an Uber or taxi, which was only about $3.00 USD. Next time I visit Punta Arenas, I will try to stay at Villanita again.

The property was well set out with everything you could possibly need. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The location is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the main boat terminal and has a direct view of the Magellan Straits.

Our stay at this lovely little cabin was a complete delight from beginning to end. The wonderful host Anna Maria met us upon arrival, making check-in very easy and stress-free, and provided excellent local recommendations. The wi-fi is faster than any connection I have ever had in Canada! Beds very comfortable, parking secure, and kitchen well-furnished. Location quiet but still walking-distance to restaurants/shops. Would definitely stay again with no hesitation.

We really enjoyed staying at Villanita. Ana, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive to our needs, extremely knowledgeable about Punta Arenas and Chile in general, providing us with lots of information about where to visit in the area. The apartment itself had two bedrooms, one with an enormous bed, a fully equipped kitchen so you can make a proper meal if you are not wanting to eat out all the time, important to us. It was well heated, clean, comfortable and only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. There is secure parking in the grounds definitely for smallish cars. I don’t know if large 4x4 type cars would fit down the driveway. Maybe. We would happily recommend Villanita as a place to stay for up to 4 people in one apartment. There are 3 apartments in the grounds. If we return to Punta Arenas we would wish to stay here again.

The cabin was well equipped, well located for walking to town and Ana ( our host) was most welcoming, helpful and a super lady!

Very friendly and helpful host Ana Maria. She helped us find a grocery sunday evening and brought us there with her car! Very nice cabanas with everything you need. I would definitely come back on our next trip. Check in and check out time flexible.
