The staff was amazing and it was such a cute old establishment, in a old cute house! We got there late because another hostel had cancelled our stay because of problem with booking but Christian took us in and made sure everything was okey:) thank you so much

I stayed once before leaving for Ushuaia and came back again on my return. I really appreciated the friendly and warm welcome it feels like being part of a family. Cristian is very accommodating and makes sure you feel comfortable and welcome. There is the option to have dinner in the evening, and Manon, the volunteer, is an excellent cook. The facilities are clean, the shower has hot water, and the rooms are comfortable. The location is convenient and close to the city center. I highly recommend it!

“Good vibes”

Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a laid-back, backpacker vibes place. SUPER comfortable bed—probably the best two nights I've slept this trip.

“Low-standard hostel”

The common area is spacious with big tables. Wifi works well. Position not bad for visiting Punta Arenas. Employees and volunteers are nice.

- The vibe of the place was really warm and welcoming. - I liked the common area; it was nice to hang out in. - The dorm was spacious, with plenty of room.

Christian has had this place for only two years so it is a work in progress. He is wonderful and is very attentive to whatever you ask him. IT HAS: Security 24/7, WiFi, hot water, warm rooms, comfortable beds a kitchen and reasonable prices. Supermarket 10 minutes away and 10 minutes to downtown.

“Bizarre”

1. Grumpy owner/check-in manager 2. Chaotic bed allocation errors - for the the second night he had moved my bedding to a different bed (!) - without telling me (!) - so i then reinhabited my original bed (thinking it had inexplicably been remade) and a new guest then had problems finding their bed! 3. Free coffee was advertised but unavailabke the first morning 4. The owner's very noisy and disruptive young child is resident, disturbing the peace and accosting guests.

Rustic hostel, in a very good location in the city. About 10 mins walking to the center, supermarket and about 20 to the bus station.

I have been multiple times to hostel Patagonia while traveling because I really like the place, it's cozy and the facilities are nice. The price is really good and the owner works hard to make it a nice stay for every guest, he drove me by himself to the airport. The living room/kitchen is quite big, clean and often full with guest to have some nice conversations with.

This hostel has plenty of storage lockers for your valuables as well as security cameras.. There is several couches to relax and socialize with other travellers and large common area with a very nice kitchen.

The kitchen area is quite alright and has most of the necessary stuff.

It's a fairly basic hostel with a well stocked kitchen and decent WiFi. Showers are hot. Staff are a bit hit and miss.

“Avoid. Dirty, dingy and will try to charge more than listed”

- there is a common kitchen where you can cook -wifi works well
