Unique location, next to the bus station, yet a quiet place, no noise and all attractions nearby. Above all, a wonderful and helpful owner. She was waiting for us in the middle of the night without any guarantee that we would actually arrive. Good and guaranteed breakfast, even at a very early hour. Thank you very much.

“Value for Money”
What a fantastic hotel, right in the middle of town. 5 min walk to the Bus Sur terminal. What sets this homestay apart from others is the kind and affectionate care by Mary, the owner. Mary even got up early and prepared a sandwich to be taken for lunch, when visiting the King penguins (thus avoiding the need to spend absurd amount for lunch on the island). There are plenty of money changers (1USD = 880 soles) nearby and the small convenience store attached to the super market (10 min walk) will sell you a Sim card (2g for 7 days - 1500 soles). What a bargain. Lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spotless and a filling breakfast is provided. Plenty of choices but repetitive. There is a large kitchen with all utensils, which you can use. VALUE FOR MONEY - GREAT LOCATION - CARING AND LOVELY OWNER

All good, room was small and weirdly located in atrium but apart of this we enjoyed our stay there. Señora was nice, even prepared snack box for us when we knew that we won't make the breakfast.
