Staff is really kind and friendly. Location, really close to city centre and you have a supermarket in front of. Bed was really comfortable. Good breakfast.

Hector was extremely helpful staying up late to check us in and helped us arrange transport from the airport to the hostal. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great. Would highly recommend Innata Casa Hostal.

Hector & Eduardo were amazing. So helpful & friendly. Proximity to everything was great. Supermarket across the road, and around the corner from Bus-Sur. Breakfast in the morning of scrambled eggs and toast/coffee gave us fuel for the day.

The staff at Innata Casa Hostal were absolutely amazing - they helped coordinate transportation from the airport and were able to have my room ready when I arrived a bit earlier than expected. Breakfast was good and it was really nice to be so close to a grocery store. It's also quite close to the ocean and the downtown district so it's easy to walk everywhere!

Everything was perfect. Exactly what we needed. Comfortable, clean, amazing and delicious breakfast. We were severely delayed by a boat cancellation and our hosts were absolutely so kind about it. I travel a lot and I am always keen to point out truly great, kind and thoughtful places to stay like this. It’s rare to find in todays ‘pay-extra-add-ons-for-everything’ world. So make sure if you are heading to Puntas Arenas to come and stay here with the most gracious of recommendations. Thank you again to our hosts.

Super friendly personal. We had a big delay due to weather and the host was waiting for us until midnight. In the morning two of them were making breakfast for us. It felt like sleeping over at your best friend's home. The interior was very nice and clean and the bed was super cozy. We had a very good sleep. Gracias per todo chicos!

Everything was perfect - the location, the delicious breakfast or the prepared lunch package for the tours, the room, the familiar atmosphere in the kitchen. And the best: the helpful, super friendly, no! better to say super passionate staff. Eduardo and Hektor - it was nice to meet you amazing guys. We could not have found a better place than yours.

The hostel is in a central area close to SurBus depot. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff and breakfast were excellent. Location was okay and although the room was small, it was well organized and equipped.

Friendly staff that quickly replied on questions before arrival and helped us during our stay. From the outside it looks like a very odd and spooky, but inside quite ok. Close to city center.
