“Amazing”

The best hostel I have ever stayed at. The manager was soo nice and she helped me a lot with attractions around the city and even wrote me to ask if I got back to my house safely. The breakfast was amazing such a good experience.

“Good option for Punta Arenas”

Good budget option. Clean. Victoria is very nice. Breakfast to go when you have to leave early. Nice beds. Location is a bit further from the center, but quiet and there are enough Ubers around.

“So cute”

Victoria and Ornella were so nice!!! They helped us with everything and also let us in their new, unopened hostel for one night, because we didnt find a accomodation. We felt always very comfortable with them, they are the sweetest!

The staff were so friendly, it really felt homely. Breakfast was ok. The shared bathroom was quite nice and looked new. It’s close to a big supermarket.

The place is amazing from every point of view: Ornella (the owner) was great in everything, she is really dedicated to the guests and puts a lot of passion into her work! The rooms, the beds and the common areas are exceptionally comfortable and clean! Great place if you want to rest after/before a long trip but also just to stay and explore the area Plus the place felt like home from the very beginning and throughout all the stay!

The staff were all super friendly and made us feel super welcome and at home, we enjoyed hostel karaoke! The perfect place for a couple of nights!

Felt like home for a week… a little house with a great kitchen, cute dining room, great beds, smooth wifi and a smiling kind host! The contact person for the tours was also very nice, honest and professional.

The staff is super lovely and helpful! Breakfast is good and I got breakfast to go on my early morning. Beds are very comfy and bigger than normally! Really loved my stay!

Best hostel I have ever stayed. The girls who run the hostel are adorable, ready to help you all day long. The offer towels padlocks and breakfast in the price that you will book, which is Very very rare. The place is new, absolutely quiet in a good location. It really felt like home to me. Many thanks

“Comfy and lovely place.”

It is an excellent place to rest. Brand new, very clean and very friendly staff. Fresh towels and a comfortable bed greeted me upon my late arrival. The next morning enjoy a complete and generous breakfast.

“Cute lovely hostel”

The hostel was a super cute little hostel ran by two sisters who were just amazing! One of them stayed up till 2:30 am to wait for me to arrive and in general they took so good care of the people there. Breakfast was also very good and beds were so comfortable! I will definitely choose this hostel again when I go back to Punta Arenas in the end of my trip!

“Feels like home!”

This hostel is in operation since some weeks only so everything is still brand new. Ornela and Victoria are great hosts and the place is really cozy. After 11 months of travelling I have seen countless hostels and Indomito Sur is in the top tier. Feels like coming home. They serve a breakfast as well (decent) and some fresh fruits. The mattress was probably the best one I ever had in a hostel. Common room and kitchen as well as bathrooms are clean but the hosts have to focus on a daily cleaning routine to keep everything in that condition. Overall I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will come back soon.

“New hostel with a flying start.”

New hostel in town (writing this late 2023) where daily tasks are almost solely run by one of the daughters of the family. She works really hard. Compliments. I was in a four bed dorm. Matras and pillows are decent. Breakfast is good. Enough to keep you going till the afternoon if you have a normal day. The shower works fine as does the toilet. There are four small bathrooms adjacent to each other. It's possible to do laundry and you are allowed to use the kitchen. I hope they keep up with this level of quality.

Location, nicest receptionist we have met. She waited 1,5 hours till we arrived. Then packed a special breakfast to go as we left early.

Wow. What a great experience. Where to begin?! Vicky you are amazing and thanks to you the experience in Puerto Arens was wonderful. The service, the patience, the help - I'm glad I had the opportunity to come across such a great service. And thank you and everyone for all the wonderful tips. In addition, so pampering and pleasant to sleep in the beds and very important - the best breakfast! I had in the whole trip in South America. Because I don't eat everything, Vicky did a lot to make sure I had a wonderful breakfast. You can see that they care a lot about their guests. Recommended! Thanks again :)

“Great experience”

The staff is really amazing! She is so friendly, opej for a short or lang chat, gives you some recommendations about Punta Arenas and even helps you to book tours. The bed was so comfortable and everything looks very new and is perfectly clean. Would recommend 10/10 Gracias!

It's a new hostel so all the facilities are new, which is awesome - very cosy beds. The host was extremly nice and since I was the only one in the room he asked me when do I want to have breakfast next day. I would definetely stay here again.

Nice and friendly staff, very clean hostel, good breakfast

The location is great: quiet and within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, the free trade zone, etc. The facilities are fair new and clean. The beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was nice.
