With elegant European-style interiors, this hotel features a classic décor and modern amenities in downtown Punta Arenas, one block from Magallanes Museum. Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, kind and helpful staff. I was so surprised that the hotel owner Juan-Carlos welcomed me and helped me with my luggage :). I felt welcomed at home.

“Good, but basic”
Venue was clean and in a good location - the staff were really accommodating and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We got some food to go one day and the sandwich I had was lovely.

“A bit expensive for what it is, but nice”
Good location, breakfast okay, stuff nice and friendly, rooms pretty big compared to other hotels in the area, there’re also bathtubs in the room which is very handy for travellers to relax.

“Acceptable hotel in Punta Arenas, good location with parking, but quite expensive”
The hotel is well located in the center of Punta Arenas and has a small parking. It is a bit outdated, but the room and bathroom are quite spacious, the beds are good. The people in reception are quite helpful.
