We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Plaza Punta Arenas. The team were extremely helpful, assisting us with organising both our airport pick-up and drop-off, and offering support with our luggage. The interior was nice and cosy, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. A reliable and welcoming option in Punta Arenas.

“Really central for easy access to tours; old historic hotel”

Staff are lovely; gave us extra blankets when our heating was not working; booked taxis for us to the airport. Hotel: - older hotel; feels historic; high ceilings in our bedroom - Clean bathroom - Basic breakfast of freshly made eggs, ham, cheese, bread, juices, cereal, jams, teas and coffees - Creaky floorboards (old historic building) - We staying in a quadruple and although it was tight, there was enough space for 4 of us and 2 large luggage We didn’t spend time in the common areas as we used it for a base for tours.

The property is a refurbished hotel with interesting timber floors.

It's an old property. Lots of wood and tall hallways and rooms. Sitting in the breakfasthall you can imagine polar explorers getting ready here decades ago. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very centrally located.

The staff were very good and helpful , the location (for us) was perfect . The arranged pick up from the airport worked well . Check in and check wad very good . Breakfast was done well. Nice variation and selection was served.

I stayed at this hotel on three different occasions in four different rooms. Each room is different. Some look out onto the Plaza. All were surprisingly quiet given the location
