“Very friendly staff”
I loved the hotel location, decoration and the staff. I had a late flight next day and they let me in the hotel public area till evening the next day to charge my phone, using the washroom etc. very nice hotel staff!!

“Impressed by the staff who assisted me on every occasion. Very quaint old hotel ....enjoyed my stay”
The receptionist went out of her way to assist me. it was ideally situated, however being a Sunday everything was closed for the day I was there. Walked around as much as possible but could not visit any museums etc. The breakfast was good.

Most of my European credit cards did not work and staff was unable to print me receipt of rejection, which was requested by my bank that insisted that cards are working. This is a general problem in Chile, which is hugely annoying, especially because the staff does not want to help, and customer is in the street with cards that just do not work in credit mode in Chile. It happened to me more than 60 times during one months.
