It is an authentically Chilean boutique hotel - with a fabulous restaurant. All the staff are so kind and dressed in traditional berets. The decor is boho/arty eccentric - beautiful old stoves and cow hide rugs and blankets. You even get hand made Patagonian woollen slippers. It has a great sea view and is toasty warm. Great cocktails. Loved the crazy horse theme and massive horse sculpture at the entrance. So unexpected.

Hotel is very comfortable with excellent restaurant. People are attentive to support you with everything from sure will stay again in my next visit to Punta Arena.

We loved everything about this hotel, the staff are so freindly and attentive. We stayed in the Sheperds Hut room and it was beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant is the best I have ever eaten on my travels.

An exceptional boutique hotel in Punta Arenas. Each room is decorated differently in a uniquely rustic Chilean style - we were in The Stables on the first floor. A very large room with lovely antiques and decoration, an ocean view and really big comfy bed. As the property is over 100 years old there is some creaking of the wooden floors and stairs as people move about but nothing too annoying. It's a short walk down to the city centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Although it's located at the top of a small hill and there are stairs to the front entry, they have a trolley lift that brings your luggage up so no heavy lifting is required. There is a wonderful onsite restaurant (also open to the public) and we had the best meal of our whole 5 weeks trip here - the King Crab Cannelloni was sooo good! Wished we had had a longer stay than just the 1 night. Would stay here again if we are ever in Punta Arenas.
