Clean and cosy with comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff. Great showers - hot and great water pressure. Lovely continental-style breakfast in the morning. Very convenient location a 2 minute walk from the Punta Arenas sur bus station.

“Perfect for Overnight Stay”
Walking distance to town. Perfect for an overnight stay before heading into Torres del Paine National Park. Breakfast was very comprehensive.

“Decent choice close to the bus station”
Very nice. It was nothing special, but for one night good enough. We have chosen the hotel because of the location (very close to bus sur bus station). Highly appreciated as well the to go breakfast.

We had a great stay. The staff were super friendly and the communication was great. The accommodation is very spacious and contains everything you need. You can easily walk from the place to restaurant or souvenir shops. Breakfast was great. Thanks for having us!

Fine for a 1 night stop but wouldn't stay here any longer. Room - basic but did the job. Quite small as well and a bit dated. The bigger issue was the bathroom which smelt of poop; suspect a pipe issue! Had to keep the door shut and window open from arrival. Bed ok. Staff - lovely spoke a little basic english but very nice and caring. Location - excellent location for picking up vehicles or needing an overnight with access to shops and restaurants. Hostal is absolulty right so dont expect 'hotel'

Location is close to the bus terminals. Although not right next to the plaza but in walking distance. The facilities are in good condition and room space was nice. Great staff that helped with breakfast packs in the morning and allowed me to leave luggage late in the day.
