“Excellent!!!”
Literally 2min walk to the bus station.I arrived late in the evening,but someone was waiting for me.Warm room,which I appreciate after coming from the cold out.Comfortable huge bed,clean room,hot water.I had to leave very early for my tour and they prepared me breakfast bad to take.I recommend the place!!!

“An okay option for 1 night”
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Some spoke better English than others, but still very accommodating. Breakfast was good with yoghurt, granola, cake and either ham and cheese toastie or eggs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Patricia helped a lot with information to our last minute visit to the Magdalena Island. The hostel is very comfortable and clean. It is also located close to the city center and a walking distance from most of the relevant places.

“Pleasant and functional.”
The wifi fails on the first stay, but on the second it worked well. Comfortable room, good bathroom and Netflix, Youtube. Breakfast is simple but complete. Shopping and dining on foot.

The receptionist, Karen (apologies if wrong spelling) was friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and helping us book a taxi. The shower and bed were comfortable. The place was clean and well decorated. Secure place.

“Would definitely stay at this location again if we were ever in the area.”
The location is a 20 minute drive form the main airport in the area and about a 10 minute walk to the Bus Sur terminal. The staff arranged to have a driver pick us up at the airport for a very reasonable price (less than what we had calculated an uber or taxi service would cost). Punta Arenas is not a large town so the majority of the restaurants, supermarket and waterfront are within walking distance from the hostal. The staff were very attentive and allowed us to store our bags before check in time and after check out time on our last day. Breakfast was great and served fresh for us at the time we requested. The rooms were very clean and a small fee was charged if you wanted your laundry done for you during your stay. There was no washer /dryer available for use on site.
