“Nice stay in the town”

Very pleasant hostess who advised us at breakfast on what to see in the city. The breakfast was good—there’s something small everyone can find. The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom was slightly smaller. Parking by the house was fine. Walking distance to the city center is about 10–15 minutes.

this beautiful home is newly renovated. the bedroom was warm with one bathroom. the bed linen was luxury & super clean. the mattress was new & very comfortable. the breakfast was all u could ask for. the staff went out of their way to help with our many questions. highly recommend Roja Hostel. karen Australia

Great larger rooms, and hot showers. Super friendly host, and 10-15min walk to the bus station. Only there for 2 separate nights, but suited our needs as we passed through Punta arenas. Highly recommend.

A cozy place to spend the night. It was very easy to get inside thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided beforehand. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. We especially loved the shower. The breakfast was simple but well prepared and nicely arranged. The living room area was also neat and clean, making it a pleasant space to relax. Overall, a great place for a short stay.

Very pleased with our choice to stay here for the 2 nights we were in Punta Arenas. Brilliant value for money. Very clean, warm, comfortable, well equipped, friendly responsive staff via WhatsApp, lovely breakfast including option to-go on the morning of our early flight. It’s about 15-20 mins walk into the “downtown” area. Only 5 mins walk to the Austral brewery where we did a tasting tour!

Very charming bed & breakfast. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was nice, clean and had a good shower. The layout of the property has 8 rooms surrounding a common space with a large breakfast table, a sitting area and an outdoor courtyard. Instructions for self checking were clear. The owner Katie was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re in Punta Arenas.

“Not what we expected, inside room with no air”

The room had a nice, comfy bed. Location was perfect, not exactly in the city center but very close, like 10 minutes walking. Interiors were quite modern, especially the bathroom.
