The owner was very patient and helpful, he picked me up from the bus station (my bus was 2 hours late) and drove me to a nearby supermarket while I grabbed some supplies (because thr accommodation is away from restaurants or cafes) although for a modest fee, this was soooo incredibly helpful and I was extremely grateful. I had the private room, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Very cozy kitchen, the whole place had a very cozy home feel to it. I recommend to anyone. I would certainly stay again. (Stayed for 2 nights) Uber is quick and reliable to and from the property with reasonable prices.

Great stay for one or two nights in Punta Arenas. The owner, Mr Nelson, was very helpful and gave me some great information about the area and its history.

The best stay I had so far in Patagonia!! The host made me feel more than welcome and even showed me around the city. I could not be happier.

The owner Nelson is like a father. He is extremely careful and helpful. The place is perfect to spend some days and you have everything. Priice is extremely good

Nelson is a very nice person. My flight arrived at 11:30pm. He still picked me up at the airport and took me to the bus station the next day. While waiting for the bus, he gave me a short tour of Punta Arenas. The environment was very clean and the heating was very warm. I highly recommend him. Nelson is a very good hotel host.

I don’t give 10/10 because for this night, the property was overbooked. But Jefe Nelson made sure to rebook me onto another nearby hostel with similar standard. He also drove me personally to the new hostel, for that I applaud him.

Highlight of my stay was the owner who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and safe and to have a great time exploring the city. Comfortable facilities and ease with chafing devices.

The host, Nelson was so friendly and helpful. He gave lots of information to help me during my stay (and to make the most out of it) and even offered to give me a lift if I had any problems getting to the bus station early in the morning. Amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. The house overall was very well heated. The kitchen had all you needed.

Jose Nelson is a very nice and welcoming host. He does a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable. Gives you advice about what you can do around Punta Arenas. And important for me; he speaks Spanish clearly and slowly, so he also helps you to progress in Spanish language. Common living area is warm and cosy. Shower nice and warm. And the place is very clean (cleaned every day). Very good value for money.

Economical and comfortable stay here. Nelson the owner is very friendly and had good communication before arriving. I have no complaints and would stay again.
