The property sent us to another address due to overbooking where we were told that our booking has been cancelled. We were left at 10pm without a place to stay. Luckily the man in the second (unavailable) accommodation was able to find us a place to stay. However, it was more expensive than the place we booked in the first place.

A nice big room in a family house. Gloria was very kind, the bed was comfortable, very powerful shower and access to tea and coffee making facilities outside the room. We could use the kitchen but it is shared with the family and so was very messy, so we decided not to. There is only 1 bathroom so we had to wait to use it a few times, but not a huge problem. The room itself was clean but the house was very messy with no guest area to relax outside of the room and the entrance hallway had a lot of flies.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in Punta Arenas and it was perfect for what we needed. We had a twin room and the bathroom was shared. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and we had access to the kitchen to cook meals. The place was well located, a short walk away from the centre of Punta Arenas. They also have an adorable kitten!

If you are looking for a warm,open home it is the place. i felt as if I visited my aunt. Doña Gloria is amazing! This is not a hotel or hostel,you will stay in a house adapted to Hospodaje. I love that Vibe! Doña Gloria me encantas 😘
