Great place, spacious room and bathroom - nice open view to city and sea. Walking distance to shops and restaurants (300m and 900 to Plaza de Armas). Great and abundant breakfast. Very nice hosts.

The owner couldn't do enough for us, flexible and accommodating. Spacious room, good hot shower and a good breakfast. Very clean comfy bed.

Amazing stay at this hostal. Gustavo, the host, was really helpuful and gave me recommendations for things to do around the city. My room was warm and comfortable, the place is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was nice and filling and the breakfast room is super cozy. Also there is a washing machine free to use. Excellent location, just a short walk from the main street and the beach, very close to the mirador viewpoint. I totally recommend this place.

The owner is very friendly and the area is a short walk to Bus Surr and other main parts of town. We found it easy to find cafes and resturants.

Very nice owner and volunteers, the breakfast was delicious, the kitchen is well equipped and clean, and the view of the city is very nice. The two dogs of the owner are lovely 😍

The staff were very helpful and so friendly, they did our laundry without charge, were incredibly accommodating for all requests, they held our bags after check out, and the room and bathroom were spotless and large! It was a pleasure to stay, and would stay again!

“Great host”
The person-in-charge, Gustavo, ìs very pleasant and helpful. Gets thing fix quickly. It's within walking distance to the Bus Sur station. Very convenient in that sense. The breakfast is complete, with eggs, yoghurt and fruits apart from the carbo.

Haiken is a very comfortable hostel and the owner is very welcoming. Everything is as it should be for a hostel.
