“Very comfortable, in a great location”
Beautiful space, very clean and extremely comfortable. Full of amenities. It is not in the city center, but it only requires a short walk to the main important places. The reception was very warm and efficient.

The property is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The apartment is a short walk from the centre of the city, with a pizza place and sushi bar a 1 minute walk away. The owner is lovely and speaks perfect English. The property is gated which meant we felt safe - not that you feel unsafe in Punta Arenas mind you!

“Space is not adequate for four adults. Best for three adults or a family with kids”
One rare place private own takes the credit card payment. Most places need cash. This was very convenient and also host came from work to give us early access to the apartment.

Owners are very nice and helpful. Apartment has all you need appliances. It is warm inside and you can control temperature by yourself. There is a washing machine if you need it. Location is central, so everything you need is a walking distance.

“It is a good place to stay, for a short visit in Punta Arenas.”
We arrived in the morning by bus from Puerto Natales and we booked a pinguïn tour in the afternoon. It was no problem to leave our luggage in the morning in the apartment.
