Convenient place close to the city

Good location at top of the town. Friendly and knowledgeable owners. Easy check in process... reception kept open even though we arrived very late after bus delayed at Magellan Straights. Night reception. Secure. Lovely rooms. Great views.

The location is excellent, very close to the center but in a quiet location. The apartment is large and comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for those who want to cook or prepare a light meal. The staff is wonderful, especially Oscar, who helped us a lot with problems we had with returning the rental car and more.

The location was excellent. The accommodation was clean and well maintained; it was cleaned every day and they even did the dishes, which was a very nice touch. The layout of the apartment was practical, and the view was beautiful. We were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture. The heating was easy to use and warmed up the place quickly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

We liked that the apartment had a lot of space for two people, and the hosts were very warm and welcoming regardless of the language barrier. They even ordered us a taxi to the airport for 1am.

The host was amazing. Constantly cleaning the apartment, helping me find my lost baggage, available at all hours, made us feel safe and welcome.

Everything. They are truly helpful! They offered to wash our clothes aswell which was a great help to us. We stayed for 2 weeks and had the best experience. Facilities were great, and close to the center, la plaza, and cerro de la cruz which is great for overlooking punta arenas city. Value for money 100%. Completely recommend this self-catering option for anyone staying short or long term. Will definitely be back one day! Superb 🏅

“Superb apartment but parking is tight !”

Lovely apartment, heated, spacious, large bedrooms, hot and powerful shower. The main issue is the parking. it's very tight outside the apartment and also its not clear from google maps how to get to the exact location, as its right at the top the hill, and off to the right through a narrow entrance. Owners should provide pictures and clear directions for finding the apartment and parking instructions ahead of arrival.

Excellent place to stay. We were only there for one night and after a walkabout in the city and something to eat we enjoyed the walk back to the apartment. Great for a transit to wherever Thanks

I highly recommend, despite a very late check-in, everything was waiting for us. The service was very nice and helpful. Very close to the center, we moved everywhere by walking.
