The location is very good, it is clean. We got a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was good to have in the room. The staff were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

Very nice, clean appartement, with everything you need. Comfortable beds, spacious, centrally located. Very helpful staff. Everything you needed for breakfast provided in the fridge the day before. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

The location is convenient. The breakfast is placed in the fridge which gives great flexibilty for trips. Also there are not alot of breakfast options in the town before 10am. The room was clean and modern.

Reception staff is awesome - responsive, friendly, always available. Housekeeping staff also responsive and pleasant. Very convenient to have breakfast ingredients delivered the day before. Enjoyed being able to fix breakfast without being on a schedule and was convenient for very early morning tours. The kitchen is well equipped. It was nice to not have to always eat out. The value for this property is excellent, and I have chosen to stay multiple times. Very clean.

Convenient location in the city, very close to the central square, and close to the bus terminal to Puerto Natales for example. Very helpful staff for any kind of need: leaving some luggage, tours, looking for any kind of shop, laundry, … Comfortable and spacious apartment, well equipped. Comfortable bed.

The location (especially if you are doing early trips with Solo Expediciones, but also good to reach the main restaurant areas) The space in the room and the cleanliness The breakfast was very generous. You can also cook your own things in the apartment which can be handy if you don't fancy going to restaurants. The staff was helpful and available 24/7.

The room was spacious, very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. It was also super well placed for the centre of town. The staff were also super friendly and kind.

The apartment includes a small kitchen and dining area where you can prepare your own breakfast with the eggs, bread, juice etc that is provided as part of the room charge. The building is well located, being only a couple of blocks from the main square. It is only a 5 minute walk to the seafront too. Clean and convenient.

The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, the main square and some attractions. The daily supplied "cook yourself" breakfast is generous and delicious. The rooms are a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again. 10/10
